Grilled Pinapple, Avocado and Rocket

INGREDIENTS:

The Salads:

• 1 Small Pineapple
• Handful of Arugula
• 1/2 Avocado

 

The Dressing:

• 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Juice of  1/2 Lime
• 1/4 Teaspoon of Cumin
• 1 small Garlic Clove
